I tried Savory Sweet Life's Chocolate Coconut Ice Cream this weekend. It was so easy and delicious!I used Trader Joe's light coconut milk and doubled the recipe because I was pretty sure I'd like it (and I always seem to lament how quickly frozen treats "disappear").
It was actually much richer than expected -- nearly decadent. And it's perfect for those of us who can't really stomach the heaviness of "real" ice cream. This is a great discovery. Thanks, Alice!
